Welcome 2010
Well, the new year is up and running and we are all back into work mode. Please ensure that you keep up to date - not just with class work but more importantly the homework. This is given as a way of ensuring your understanding of the work and for you to have the opportunity to work independently on the concepts you have been taught!
Don't forget that tutorials on a thursday afternoon will be available as of week 3.
Pi Day
Don't forget to put Pi day in your calendar! It's on the 14th of March (3/14). Although this day falls on a Sunday don't let that stop the celebrations. Monday the 15th March will be devoted to Archimedes and this truly magnificent relationship between the circumference of a circle and its diameter. Watch this space for further updates!
